She served as President of a Medical Staff as well as Chairperson of a specialty department with over 50 employees .Dr. Dawson comes to Belize National Call Center from the private sector in the medical field as a leader who is committed to improving patient and customer satisfaction and corporate relations. She is the CEO and Managing Partner of health care facilities and leads a team of corporate executives and strategic thinkers who are committed to improving patient care and customer satisfaction through professional development.Dr. Dawson is an African American/Asian businesswoman who has served as board chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of healthcare facilities since November 2016. She is a dynamic leader who has been committed to improving patient care, the day-to-day operations of her companies and strategic planning.
