Desiree has a very diverse and promising skill set conducive to providing optimal support to HR staff. She is experienced and dedicated, with an in-depth knowledge of administrative processes and managing successful employee relationships. She's skilled in handling issues and adhering to laws and regulations governing recruitment and employment practices.  She can maintain an organized employee database by collecting records and carefully organizing paperwork associated with existing and future employees. In addition, she owns 777 Consulting, LLC, which provides HR support, guidance, and training.  

Desiree Dawson has worked in the healthcare industry for five years as the Director of Human Resources.  Desiree's secondary discipline of study was journalism, and during her studies, she interned with Chat & Chew for an event hosting The Real Housewives of Potomac.
