FOUNDER AND CEO

Dr. Dawson was an educator for over 27 years and has served communities in Miami and Baltimore as a high school principal.  He is now a successful entrepreneur and business owner of several adult aging facilities in Maryland.  

Dr. Dawson is the founder and CEO of Belize National Call Center.   Throughout his career, he has been the recipient of many academic awards and has made several scholarly contributions in the areas of teaching and learning, professional development, customer satisfaction, and employee retention. 

As a former student-athlete and basketball coach at the colligate level, he has used the same team-building philosophies and strategies to lead large institutions and improve customer relations at all levels.
